Workbook

My workbook is the 'place' where inspiration finds me. It is my escape into an alternate world where I can create with no expectations. It allows for ideas to free flow.

These visual diaries are helpful in bringing techniques to final form and perfecting my confidence in working fast also playing a significant role in my work process. It enables me to draw on ideas and marks that seemed non sensical at the time of making them.

I have a few workbooks lying around the house, my studio and car. It  makes the mundane of waiting to get to my studio tolerable.
